"Couldn’t Get Anyone to Reply"
I tried reaching out to support twice and just never heard anything back. Which, is the part that annoyed me most, not even the issue with the order itself, but being stuck waiting and wondering if anyone even saw my message. When you need help, a simple reply goes a long way. Anyway, after that experience, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Fit My Hose Perfectly"
I was so relieved this hooked right onto my garden hose without needing any extra parts. It was super easy to set up, and it works great. Really happy with it!

"Had a bad feeling after the first drip"
I bought this really hoping it would be leak-free, but within the first week it started dripping. My gut was telling me it wasn’t going to hold up, and sure enough, it ended up making a mess in my bag. Frustrating and definitely not something I’d trust again

"I bought this thinking it would make washing..."
I bought this thinking it would make washing a bit easier, and maybe I expected too much, but the attachment just didn’t feel very sturdy to me. Right out of the box it seemed kind of loose and cheap, so I wasn’t totally confident it was going to hold up.
I tried using it a couple of times just to make sure I wasn’t putting it on wrong or something, but it kept slipping off and got frustrating quickly. For the price, I was hoping for better, so I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Refund took a little while"
I ordered from thewashwarrior.com and ended up needing a refund. They did send it back, so like, that part was fine. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I had to follow up once because I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Not a terrible experience or anything, just kinda... could’ve been faster and a bit clearer.

It works fine overall, but the charging speed is slower than I expected. I had to wait longer than I wanted before using it again, which can be a bit annoying when you’re ready to just get going. If you plan ahead it’s not a big deal, but I do wish it charged faster

"Too bulky to travel with"
I thought this would be easier to take with me, but it ended up being a lot bulkier than I expected. It’s not really something I’d want to carry around while traveling. "I really wanted this nozzle to be better..."
I really wanted this nozzle to be better, especially because it sounded like it would make washing easier, but that wasn’t really my experience. The spray came out uneven, and the pressure kept changing while I was using it, so I ended up fiddling with it more than actually getting anything cleaned.

It does technically work, so I’m not saying it’s completely useless, but it definitely didn’t live up to what was promised. For the price, I expected something more consistent and reliable. Maybe I got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I poked around the site for a bit it seemed trustworthy. The pages loaded without any issues, the info was easy to understand, and I didn’t get any weird or sketchy vibes. I do think having more customer reviews would help a lot though — that’s kind of a preventable thing that could make people feel more confident right away. Overall, I had a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Battery life was better than I expected"
I thought I’d have to charge it at some point over the weekend, but the battery held up the whole time. It lasted longer than I expected, so no complaints from me

"Wrong stuff showed up"
My order was off. I chose a few specific items, but when the package came, some were totally different and one thing wasn’t even in there. I know mistakes happen, but my brain just goes, “I waited for this, so it should be right,” and it was frustrating.

I emailed them with photos, but it took way too long to get a clear answer. Since this was my first order, I’m kind of using that as the shortcut for what to expect from them, i don’t think I’ll order again.

"Worked way better than my old cleaner"
I used this on my muddy patio i was surprised at how well it worked. I’ve tried a few cleaners in the past that took forever and still left grime behind, but this one lifted the old dirt quickly. I didn’t have to keep going over the same spots, which was a nice change.

The delivery was solid. It showed up on time and nothing was messed up, which is more than I can say for some of these other clown services. No drama, no dumb delays, just got my stuff like it was supposed to happen.

"Price is what stood out to me"
It works fine overall, but the main thing I kept noticing was the price. I didn’t really pay much attention to all the extra details because it did what it was supposed to do, but for what you get, it feels a little expensive.
